Well for the past month or so Susan and I have been looking at, and trying to buy a house. We found a beautiful home and put in an offer; however; someone put in a higher offer and we didn't get it. So we started looking again. We found this house in the Queen Creek area. For those of you not familiar with Arizona, Queen Creek is located to the Southeast of Phoenix. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a pool in the backyard. So if you wanted to come visit we have room. We went into escrow on the house on Monday 6/23. Last Friday we had a home inspection done and the inspector said it was one of the cleanest bank owned properties he has seen. They are getting the appraisal done on Monday and we are expecting to close on Tuesday 7/15. I sure hope all goes according to plan.Sunday, June 29, 2008
